Hi, I’m Silvija – the creator of Barefoot Basil.
After dealing with burnout and a back injury in my 40s, I wanted to understand my health more deeply and make better choices for my body. I started studying nutrition, wellness, and women’s health, and quickly realised how overwhelming and contradictory the information online can feel.
Barefoot Basil is my way of sharing what I’ve learned, practical nutrition, gentle movement, simple habits, and cleaner living, to help women feel more informed and confident about their wellbeing.
