I have been practising breathwork for quite a long time now. Sometimes, it is easier than meditating, as you need to focus on your very specific breath.Â
If you are new to breathwork and want to understand a bit more about why you should do it, read WHAT IS BREATHWORK? BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND BENEFITS.
I like to practise different techniques, difficulties, and lengths depending on when I want to practice breathwork and what kind of outcome I expect. Here is a list of the best breathwork channels on YouTube I could find or have been recommended.

Wim Hof is known for breathwork, cold exposure, and meditation. His breathwork method focuses on fast breaths with prolonged holds.Â
I love this 11-minute, slower-paced Wim Hof Method breathing video, which starts with a 30-second hold and builds up to a 90-second breath hold. It is very suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers more gentle guidance. It is my go-to breathe YouTube video when I want quick practice with amazing results.Â
