Best Breathwork YouTube Channels 2026: Wim Hof, Pranayama and More

Best Breathwork YouTube Channels

I have been practising breathwork for quite a long time now. Sometimes, it is easier than meditating, as you need to focus on your very specific breath. It also has so many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits, depending on what kind of breathwork you are practising.

If you are new to breathwork and want to delve a bit deeper, read my article: What Is Breathwork? Breathing Techniques and Benefits, where I explain different practices.

I like to practise different techniques, difficulties, and lengths depending on when I want to practice breathwork and what kind of outcome I expect.

To make the practice easier, I have compiled a list of the best breathwork YouTube channels to guide you.

I love this 11-minute, slower-paced Wim Hof Method breathing video, which starts with a 30-second hold and builds up to a 90-second breath hold. It is very suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers more gentle guidance. It is my go-to breathe YouTube video when I want quick practice with amazing results.

Kinds of Breathwork: simple guided breathwork

A great channel for beginners to learn breathwork techniques, as it is very easy to follow. Check out the playlist section for different breathwork from Wim Hof, box breathing, and 4-7-8 calm breathing.

What I love is starting my wind-down practice with breathwork and transitioning to meditation. Breathwork calms my brain, and it makes it easier to settle into deep meditation without too many thoughts distracting me. You can try Yoga Nidra and meditation practices from the articles listed below:

From my experience of practising different kinds of breathwork, I want to point out one thing that is very important. Practising breathwork on your own and learning how to regulate your nervous system is very important for our long-term health, and having a few practises that you can easily do at home is great. But if you want a bit more in-depth experience, I would strongly recommend finding a workshop or retreat where you can learn and practise with more people and go way deeper. I had some amazing experiences in silent retreats and 4-hour breathwork workshops that would be impossible to create at home. I would definitely recommend in-person breathwork as it can be life-changing.

To summarize,

Breathwork can be a very powerful practice to calm or make your nervous system more alert, depending on what you need at the particular moment. Sometimes simple box breathing is exactly what you need, but sometimes deeper practise is what is best.

Here are the best breathwork YouTube Channels I compiled over the years and use for breathwork practices regularly, and they will help you go deeper into the breathwork practice and reap all the benefits.

If you have your favourite breathwork YouTube channels that I have not mentioned, or maybe you like to use a breathwork app?
