I love Nanoleaf and have always had a soft spot for the brand, since their Red Light Therapy Face Mask was the first red light therapy device I bought. It is great to see Nanoleaf expanding their wellness device collection, and when I saw they released a Neck & Décolletage mask, I was excited to receive it for my post.
I don’t know about you, but I’m religious about applying sunscreen to my face and always forget my neck and décolletage, so they both need a bit more attention. I am also a side sleeper and have started noticing more lines on my chest lately, so I am really excited about this product.
After a few weeks of using the Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Neck & Décolletage Mask, this is a full review that I will update after a few months with results.

TL;DR
If you want to start looking after your neck and chest a bit more and are looking for a powerful yet affordable red light device, I would definitely recommend the Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Neck & Décolletage Mask.

I love that NanoLeaf included a pouch to store the neck and décolletage mask, since the face mask didn’t have one. I know it is a small thing, but it helps store the device neatly and keeps it dust-free; it is also very handy while travelling.

Compared to the Nanoleaf Red Light Therapy Face Mask, this device adds two deeper near-infrared wavelengths, 940 nm and 1072 nm, for deeper penetration in the areas that need it most.
First impressions
I am used to using the Nanoleaf Face Mask, so this neck mask is very straightforward for me. The straps were very easy to add, and the remote is exactly the same as the face mask. It is very comfortable and sits well on the chest area.
I have a small chest, so it does sit perfectly. Sometimes I get a bit of acne on my chest if I sweat and don’t wash it off right away, so I am glad Nanoleaf included Blue light as well as Red. If you have a lot of pigmentation in this area, you could also try to use the green light.
Things I love
- It is very affordable. You probably won’t find anything comparable in neck and décolletage masks that is this powerful and FDA-approved for this price.
- It has very high irradiance. Nanoleaf’s masks are way more powerful than anything else on the market, so I think it could also help with my neck and shoulder pain, which leads to my next point.
- You can use it for neck and shoulders. I don’t have a powerful panel yet, so I want to test out this neck/ decolte mask to be used the other way around, on my neck and shoulder area, where I have some chronic pain.
- Separate remote, so you can use it without the mask
- Comes with a storage bag. This was one of the downsides of the face mask, and I am glad that NanoLeaf listened to the feedback and added a storage bag for this device.
- I like the placement of the NIR lights, which focus on the areas most prone to wrinkles.
My French bulldog loves it as well as it wraps around him like a warm blanket.

Things that could be better
- The fit around the neck could be snug. The area around the neck could fit a bit better, as even with the adjustments, there is a bit of a gap
- The remote could have a plug for the mask so you can control both with one control, in case you already have a red light mask from Nanoleaf. This would make using both a bit more convenient, as you wouldn’t have to use two remotes.
- I find level adjustment on the remote a bit faffy, and I wish there were a dedicated button for it, but to be honest, I always set it to the highest level and leave it that way.
- Not a major issue, but I wish the remote wire would connect to the top or a side, not the bottom of the neck mask. I found it gets a bit in the way if I am wearing a tight T-shirt and want to place the décolletage mask underneath it.
Who should and who shouldn’t buy it
Buy it if you want a powerful, affordable décolletage and neck mask and know you’ll use it regularly.
Don’t buy it if you will not use it regularly, since LED light therapy needs consistent use.

FAQ
How to Use Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Neck & Décolletage Mask
Using a Neck and Décolletage Mask is exactly the same as using a face mask. Choose the treatment and time you want, and use it 3 to 5 times a week.
To summarise,
I really like this Nanoleaf Red Light Therapy mask for neck and décolletage. I do use it regularly. Like their mask, it has a few minor flaws, but it is an amazing value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to look after their neck and chest a bit more. I will be using it for longer and will keep updating this article with the results, but so far, I really like it.
